Shipping & Returns
SHARKEGG accepts returns of items that are in original, unused condition, and in original packaging within 10 days of the delivery date. Returns are at the expense of the customer using the courier of your choice. Please note that most of our items are made of natural materials or hand-made which causes slight variations to the color and texture of our items.
Prices. The prices displayed include taxes.
United States Dollars. All monetary transactions in the Gallery take place in U.S. dollars.
Refunds and Returns; Cancellation. If there is an issue with Goods purchased through the Gallery, please email us at email@example.com. If your order has not shipped, you may cancel your purchase (a) if made prior to 2pm EST/EDT (the “Cut-Off Time”), up until the Cut-Off Time the same day, or (b) if made after the Cut-Off Time, up until the Cut-Off Time the following business day.
Title. Risk of loss and title for Goods purchased from SHARKEGG pass to you upon delivery of such Goods to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
Shipping. When you place an order, the Item will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process.
Payments. The Gallery currently uses third parties to process payments. Our third-party payment processors accept payments through various credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as detailed on the applicable payment screen.
The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment. Shipping cost is based on weight. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.
please be aware that For all international shipments, depending on where you live, certain countries add tarriffs after the package has been accepted there. We are not responsible for these additional costs.
We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to delays in shipment or delivery of merchandise.
We prefer to use the service where a signature is required upon delivery. the shipping company will make three attempts to deliver your order. After the third attempt, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick up. SHARKEGG is not responsible for additional shipping fees if your package is not picked up. You may choose to waive the signature requirement by selecting “ship with no signature required.” We will contact you in the rare event of a backorder.
Delivery Times. We generally ship in-stock items within two business days; however, some orders may require three business days. Please consider this packing time when selecting your shipping method. Also remember not to include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment. Within the US, if you select UPS GROUND, your package will have a delivery range of 3-6 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited Delivery. There are two options if you would like your items expedited to you. Next Day Air will arrive one night after the item is shipped. Second Day Air will take two days to arrive.
Special Delivery Options. If you have special delivery specifications, please contact us directly by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone.
Custom Orders. Custom orders receive shipping quotes on a case-by-case basis and may take up to a week to prepare to ship. Made-to-order pieces require 12-16 weeks for production before shipping.
In case of Force Majeure, SHARKEGG’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and SHARKEGG can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by SHARKEGG. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, SHARKEGG will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
